By accessing or using HealthEventSignup.com (the "Site") or registering for an event through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Description of Service
HealthEventSignup.com provides online registration technology for free community health and wellness education events. Events listed on the Site are organized, hosted, and presented by independent third-party medical and functional medicine practices ("Hosting Practices"). The Site itself does not organize, host, or deliver events — we provide the registration page and related technology on behalf of the Hosting Practice presenting each event.
Relationship to Hosting Practices
Each event registration page is presented by an independent Hosting Practice, which is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, scheduling, delivery, and outcome of its event. HealthEventSignup.com is not affiliated with, and does not control, endorse, or supervise, the medical advice, services, or products offered by any Hosting Practice. Statements made during an event are those of the presenting practice, not of HealthEventSignup.com. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between HealthEventSignup.com and any Hosting Practice.
Eligibility and Registration Accuracy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register for an event through this Site. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are registering for yourself or with proper authorization to register on another person's behalf.
No Medical Advice
Events and content available through this Site are educational and informational in nature. Nothing presented on this Site or during an event constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Event Changes and Cancellations
Events are scheduled and managed by the Hosting Practice and may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled at the Hosting Practice's discretion. HealthEventSignup.com is not responsible for, and assumes no liability arising from, any change to event scheduling, format, or availability.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information on a registration form; register for an event using another person's identity without authorization; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Third-Party Services
The Site relies on third-party tools to operate, including form and scheduling technology, cloud hosting, and analytics/advertising services. Your use of the Site may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

Event-specific content, including presenter names, images, and event descriptions, is provided by and remains the property of the respective Hosting Practice.

Entire Agreement
